Pulse Pace Fitness - Refund Policy

At Pulse Pace Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness training, coaching, and programs. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final, and we generally do not offer refunds.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Pulse Pace Fitness, including but not limited to personal training sessions, nutrition coaching, virtual training, live classes, memberships, and digital workout or nutrition plans, are non-refundable. Once a purchase has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

While we do not typically provide refunds, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Medical Issues: If you experience a medical condition that prevents you from safely participating in our services, we may offer credit for future use upon submission of a doctor’s note.

  • Duplicate Charges: If a billing error results in a duplicate charge, we will correct the mistake and issue a refund for the overcharge.

  • Service Unavailability: If Pulse Pace Fitness is unable to deliver a purchased service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor unavailability for an extended period), we may offer an appropriate resolution.

Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to [Your Contact Email] within seven (7) days of the original purchase.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Personal Training & Live Classes:

  • Sessions and classes must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in the session being forfeited without a refund.

Memberships & Subscriptions:

  • Memberships and subscription services can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

Digital Products (Workout Plans, Nutrition Plans, etc.):

  • All sales of digital products and downloadable content are final and non-refundable once delivered.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, Pulse Pace Fitness reserves the right to revoke access to all purchased services, and any future purchases may be restricted. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns before disputing a charge with your financial institution.
